Отличное расположение, хорошая студия, хороший кондиционер, тихий район, недалеко до городского пляжа (мы ездили несколько остановок на автобусе )
Не много странным был тот факт, что микроволновка и чайник было ,но не было рядом с ними розетки

It had air conditioning which is a must during summer time. Bust station was relatively close (although bus schedule is terrible). Plenty of local restaurants and supermarkets around. It's definitely worth the money, for what it offers.
It wasn't all that clean, especially the bathroom, it looked like a lot of stains were left uncleaned. There was no window at the bathroom.
