Santa Ottoman Hotel★★★

✓We stayed for 2 nights in a triple room at Santa Ottoman Hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, and complimentary tea, coffee, and water were provided, which was a nice touch. Due to the central location, some street noise can be heard, but closing the windows helps reduce it. There was also a slight odor from the bathroom, though opening the window or using ventilation solved the issue. Other than these minor points, everything was comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, with metro, tram, and bus stops nearby if you prefer not to walk. A special thanks to Onur, Zeki, and Emin at the reception for their kind assistance throughout our stay. Overall, a good option in Taksim and one we would consider again when visiting Istanbul.

✓This hotel is in the heart of the tourist area of Istanbul called Taksim. Minutes walk from the metro that connects you to all parts of the city. The hotel is nice, but a little dated and could do with a timely refurbishment of the rooms. Could be a little noisy at night due to the number of bars and clubs close to the hotel. At Reception, Emin is very pleasant and eager to welcome and help guests.

✓My husband and I stayed here while on vacation and it was a nice experience. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the location was also close to many restaurants. Will definitely recommend to friends visiting Istanbul.
