affordable, in relevant district, right next to good bistro and mini market right across the street. The staff was attentative, balcony, single beds possible to put together, fridge available for own stuff
no mosquito nets. if you crank up the AC, main room gets really cold before the oter room gets lower temperature. shower holder had only one screw (it was designed for two) so it didn´t hold well. Bathroom door was noisy and last day the handle completely broke off

The location is perfect: 100m to Istiklal! Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was very good.
The room we got was not the one we booked, because of that first-day impression was really bad. No sea view, no beatufil picture from booking.com. Our room was old. And after we got home we realized that we all were bited by BEG-BUGS!!! First we thought it's just mosquitoes, but all symptoms point that it's bed-bugs...
