Das Zimmer war zwar nichts Außergewöhnliches, aber insgesamt sauber, zweckmäßig und für den Aufenthalt durchaus in Ordnung.
Der Service an der Rezeption war leider wenig professionell. Der erste Mitarbeiter verfügte zwar über einen recht umfangreichen englischen Wortschatz, seine Aussprache war jedoch so schwer verständlich, dass es zu konkreten Missverständnissen kam. Ein Aussprache- oder Kommunikationstraining wäre hier dringend empfehlenswert. Der zweite Mitarbeiter schlief während seines Dienstes und musste von mir erst geweckt werden, bevor ich mein Anliegen vorbringen konnte. Von einer besetzten Hotelrezeption erwarte ich deutlich mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität.
