This hotel is a dump. The pictures shown on Expedia are photoshopped. The entire hotel room was filthy. Stayed one night and I think we even got bit by bedbugs. Disgusting.
Wir kamen relativ spät an, der Empfang an der Rezeption war ok. Wir hatten drei Zimmer, 2 davon waren die Badezimmer mit Schimmel befallen. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, ich würde das Frühstücksbuffet für eine Pension als ausreichend empfinden aber nicht für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Kaffee gibt es nur als Instant Kaffee als Pulver, "normaler" Filterkaffee nur gegen Bezahlung als extra zu haben. Des Weiteren gab es nur "pseudo-menemen" weder Spiegel- noch Rühreier. Auf Anfrage hieß es man könne gegen Extra Bezahlung gerne Omelett servieren. Alles in allem ist ein guter Start in den Arbeitstag mit einem solchen enttäuschend schlechtem Frühstück nicht wirklich möglich! Der Mitarbeiter Abdullah war sehr bemüht die Situation zu entschärfen und hat kostenlosen Filterkaffee gebracht und sich entschuldigt. Das war wenigstens ein Lichtblick!
