Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – keinesfalls 5 Sterne wert! Leider entsprach dieses Hotel in vielen Bereichen absolut nicht dem Standard eines Fünf-Sterne-Hauses: Wellnessbereich: Die Sauna war defekt und komplett nicht nutzbar. Generell ließ die Hygiene stark zu wünschen übrig, und die Auflagen auf den Sitzen waren völlig veraltet. Zimmer: Die Zimmerausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Gastronomie/Frühstück: Das Frühstück hat mit 5 Sternen nichts zu tun. Omeletts und Spiegeleier wurden allen Ernstes gegen Aufpreis berechnet – so etwas haben wir in einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel noch nie erlebt. Service: Das Personal im Restaurant ließ jegliche Zuvorkommenheit und Herzlichkeit vermissen. Für diesen Preis absolut inakzeptabel. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.
