Good location. Very nice staff. Room is clean. Helped me store my luggage before check-in and after check-out. And also help carry our luggage upstairs. As our last 2 accomodation was self check-in/check-out, it was nice to have someone at the reception and some information at the lobby about getting around istanbul
Friendly people
The staff was very helpful and forthcoming. Room service was exceptional. Location was central which made moving around very easy
The location of the hotel is absolutely unbeatable, just a 7-10 minute walk from all the main attractions in the heart of Sultanahmet. Furthermore, if you are arriving from or heading to Istanbul Airport, the Havaist bus stop at "Çatladıkapı" is extremely convenient and only a 2-minute walk away. The staff is truly exceptional, a huge thank you to them for their warm hospitality! The rooms were always sparkling clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. Highly recommended
