Die Lage, das Essen, das freundliche Personal, Unterhaltungsprogramm sind super. Man kann beim baden mit viel Glück ganz in der Nähe Schildkröten beobachten!!!
Das Gebäude an sich ist architektonisch kein Hit. Der Barbecue Geruch am Pool stört mittags. Der RobyClub könnte morgens früher öffnen, um den Eltern zu ermöglichen vor dem Frühstück zum Sport zu gehen.
Die direkte Lage zum Strand.
Altes und in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, lange unpersönliche Gänge, sehr schmale Balkone ohne Sonnenschutz, anonym gestaltete Zimmer, sterile und unpersönliche Lobby, weder bei der Anreise der Eindruck des Willkommenseins - noch bei der Abreise freundliche Verabschiedung. Bei dem Einchecken wurden uns von einer überheblichen Rezeptionistin die Zimmerkarten ausgehändigt und in einem eiligen Tempo die Zeiten etc. genannt. Das Personal ist freundlich aber in ihrem Kundenservice wohl extrem reglementiert. Unsere Fragen mussten stets verneint und mit einem Vorgesetzten besprochen werden, ohne dass es ein Follow up gab. All inklusive bedeutet eine große Auswahl an Speisen zu bestimmten Zeiten an bestimmten Orten, die jedoch wenig abwechslungsreich und wenig mit Genuss, sondern lediglich mit Sättigung zu tun haben. Zudem sind wir bereits am 2. Tag mit Brechdurchfall erkrankt - und fanden im Laufe der Zeit heraus, dass dies bei zahlreichen Gästen der Fall war. Das Management hat auch hier nicht offen kommuniziert. Die Sonnenliegen sind bereits um halb acht fast vollständig okkupiert, z.T. durchgelegen, Auflagen sind rar. Jeden Abend laute Ballerman-Musik und ABBA bis zum Abwinken bis 24:00 Uhr. Und zuletzt: das alles zu einem unverständlichen Preis (ca. 320€/Nacht im EZ. Alles in allem ein Kur-Club-Aufenthalt mit wenig Kundenorientierung und null tūrkischem Flairzu einem vollkommen unverhältnismäßIgem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

All hotel so german focussed, I really didn't like that vibe. All announcement in german not in english/turkish; feeling not welcomed.
