The resort has many positives: the staff were extremely kind and friendly, and the food was delicious. However, our first room was very dirty, with many ants and spiders, and the bedding caused allergies for the children. We were later moved to another room, which was much cleaner. Unfortunately, after housekeeping entered our room, we noticed that some money was missing from a wallet kept inside a bag, which was inside a larger suitcase. This was very concerning and affected our overall experience despite the many good aspects of the resort.

Das Essen ist wirklich herausragend - ein absolutes Highlight! Personal freundlich und kompetent.
Dieses Mal hatten wir mit dem Zimmer ein Pech. Es war mit einer Verbindungstüre und die Geräusche des Nebenraumes waren 1:1 zu hören. Wir hätten uns mitunterhalten können. Das war letztes Jahr nicht der Fall.
