Персонал прилагает максимум усилий для комфортного пребывания. Исполняет все пожелания максимально быстро. Стараются и у них все получается.
Территория отеля маленькая. Рядом громкая дискотека от отеля Dedeman. Музыка до 2 часов ночи.
A tenger közelsége, a személyzet hozzáállása a vendégekhez. Az ételek finomak, de nincs nagy választék. Amúgy varázslatos környéken van a szállás.
Úgy vélem, hogy nincs aki összefogja a személyzetet és irányítsa őket. Valamikor szépen megépített hotel volt ez, de vagy nem fordítanak kellő figyelmet a karbantartásra, vagy ha nem a figyelem, akkor az sokkal rosszabb, mert szándékosan nem teszik meg. Az éttermi választék nagyon gyér a 4 csillaghoz. A konditerem és a játékszoba (játékteremnek hívni nagyon túlzó lenne) egyaránt nagyon lepusztultak. A szobában több dolog nem volt rendben: a szekrényben nem voltak polcok, mert leszakadtak, a teraszajtó kilincs nem volt az ajtóban (megcsináltuk ideiglenesen).
Замечательный отель за свои деньги, я ожидал даже каких-то траблов за эту цену, но в целом очень достойно! Отдельно хочу отметить бармена из Узбекистана (имя забыл), он оказался очень хорошим сотрудником и приятным в общении человеком!
