✓What I appreciated most was the active listening and responsiveness of the management. When a guest raises a concern, the team does not simply listen — they take it seriously and work to improve the situation in real time. For me, this is a true sign of leadership. A manager who is willing to accept guest feedback, acknowledge when something could have been better, and immediately take action deserves recognition. Bravo to the management team for this level of attention and professionalism. The hotel is also excellent for children. There are so many activities available, and the staff working with the children are extremely kind, caring, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. You can really feel their commitment to making the children happy and ensuring they have a memorable holiday. ✓Amazing hotel, especially for families. The kids’ club was fantastic — huge area and lots of activities, with the option to book private music, pottery and other classes. The hotel itself is beautiful, with plenty of facilities and a great choice of restaurants and bars. Service was excellent. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay — special thanks to Kuzey, Polina and the rest of the team. They really made us feel like kings!
