Все кругом в мусоре. Сотрудники отеля постоянно ходят болтают по телефону, вместо того чтобы выполнять прямы обязанности. Весь пляж в мусоре. В море в воде плавает мусор очень много, видео не дает загрузить. Прожили одни сутки из семи, решили уехать. Управляющий отеля обещал вернуть всю сумму, однако про отмене через букинг, администрация отеля посчитала нужным удержать с нас средства за двое суток. Итого прожив одни сутки на мусорной свалке, мы заплатили за двое суток 200 тысяч рублей. Это очень хорошо демонстрирует клиентоориентированность и лояльность администрации отеля. Написал им письмо на электронную почту, так они даже не ответили. Питание в гостинице это отдельная история. Кругом мухи и тараканы. Еду бросают как свиньям, вот такое отношение к гостям.
