Rixos Premium Göcek - Adult Only★★★★★

✓We had a really enjoyable stay overall. The food was one of the highlights of the hotel. While the buffet could have offered a bit more variety, everything we ate was fresh and genuinely delicious. We also had dinner at the a la carte restaurant, and it was excellent. The Secret Beach was beautiful and definitely worth the short boat ride. The transfers were frequent and easy, so it never felt inconvenient. We were lucky enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. The room was spacious, the view was amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. During our stay, my wife had a minor toenail injury. The Guest Relations team was incredibly caring and checked on us throughout our stay. They even invited us to the à la carte restaurant as a kind gesture, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to Ms. Kübra, Ms. Zehra and Mr. Arda from Guest Relations. They were always friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made a real difference to our experience. Overall, despite a few service issues, we left with good memories and had a relaxing holiday.

!The biggest disappointment was the service. This simply wasn’t the level of service we expected from a Rixos Premium hotel. We have also stayed at Rixos Bodrum before, and the difference in service quality was very noticeable. Another issue was communication. Many of the staff members don’t speak Turkish, even though a large number of the guests are Turkish. We often had to switch to English, and even then there were misunderstandings. That shouldn’t happen at a luxury hotel in Türkiye. The staff were always polite, but the service felt slow and unorganized. Sometimes our orders arrived quickly, while other times we waited a long time or had to remind the staff because our requests had been forgotten. Overall, the hotel seems to have a coordination and staffing issue.

✓This is the third time we have visited this hotel you cannot fault its location along with its private beach. The grounds are really well extremely pretty. Staff very helpful.

!Some of the rooms are in need of some TLC. They haven’t changed over the years and we have visited this property. I also some changes to the dining options do not serve as much of a benefit. Three of the restaurants on site require an additional charge yet this is an all-inclusive hotel so aside from the evening buffet and a further restaurant you are limited to dinner options unless you wish to pay extra. That said the hotel kindly offered a complimentary meal for my husbands birthday and decorated his room. Which was a lovely touch.
