✓The resort is beautiful with excellent landscaping, spacious swimming pools, and a great beach. It is very family-friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The Land of Legends access is a great benefit for families with children. The facilities are well maintained, and there are plenty of activities throughout the day.

!Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the resort. Many staff members, particularly in the buffet restaurant, came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. Communication in English should also be improved. The food focused more on quantity than quality. There was a large selection, but the overall variety and quality of the dishes, especially the mezze and regional specialties, could be much better for a resort of this standard. We also experienced a security issue with our rooms. The key cards provided at check-in did not work, and after receiving replacement cards, the room door remained unlocked and could be opened without any card for nearly two days before the issue was finally fixed. This was a serious concern. Finally, the buggy transportation needs better organization. During busy periods, guests had to compete to board the buggy, creating unnecessary crowding and confusion. A proper queue system would greatly improve the experience. As a constructive suggestion, I believe it would be beneficial for the owners or senior Rixos management to conduct regular guest experience audits and operational reviews. As a guest, I felt there was a disconnect between the excellent physical property and the day-to-day service delivery. More frequent oversight and quality audits could help ensure that the guest experience consistently reflects the high standards expected from the Rixos brand.
