✓The location is convenient and the apartment itself is nice.The apartment itself was modern, beautiful, and well equipped. It had everything we needed, and the location was convenient, with Migros, shops, and many tourist facilities nearby. There was also a swimming pool, which was great for families.

!unfortunately, the beds and pillows were not comfortable for me. Regarding the service, the apartment is managed more like a private apartment rental than a hotel. We were responsible for cleaning and taking out the rubbish ourselves, which is completely understandable when renting an apartment. What really disappointed us was the way we were treated when we checked in. We had two additional people with us, and although we had rented an apartment rather than hotel rooms, we were charged extra for them. We cooperated with the management and eventually paid the amount they requested, but the way the manager handled the situation was extremely unpleasant. Unfortunately, the manager's attitude was very poor and, in my opinion, unnecessarily greedy. He kept demanding the additional payment in a very uncomfortable and unprofessional manner. The attitude of the Manager and some of the employees was also not particularly welcoming. We stayed for six nights, not just one night, so the overall experience was important to us. We have stayed at much higher-standard hotels in Antalya, such as Rixos and IC Hotels, and we have also had additional people with us there without being treated this way or being asked for extra charges in such a manner. For us, the situation was quite strange because when you rent an apartment, you normally pay for the apartment itself rather than being treated exactly like a hotel guest and charged per additional person. The location is convenient and the apartment itself is nice, but unfortunately, because of the way we were treated, I would not stay here again. If I return to Antalya, I would rather go back to places where we had a much better experience, such as Rixos or IC Hotels. Honestly, I was very disappointed and surprised by the way the manager treated us. Good accommodation is important, but good and respectful customer service is just as important. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not choose this place again.

✓Vi var åtta personer och hade en jättebra vistelse. Lägenheten var väldigt stor, ljus och bekväm, med en stor balkong. Det kändes verkligen som hemma. Läget var perfekt för en familj, med många restauranger och butiker i närheten, även butiker som hade öppet till midnatt. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi trivdes verkligen och det här är absolut ett ställe jag skulle välja igen!
