The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the reception, who assisted us with everything regarding our transportation arrangements. Unfortunately, the rooms were not particularly clean, probably due to the renovation works taking place at the hotel. In addition, there was construction work around the hotel, which made access quite difficult.
The biggest disappointment, however, was our last day. We were charged for the room for only two hours because our flight was late. Despite this, we had neither electricity nor water in the room. We were told that a refund would be processed the following day, but since then, we have not been able to get in touch with the hotel. They have not responded to our emails or WhatsApp messages, and the refund has still not been made. It is truly a shame, because this is a hotel we visit every year and, until now, we have always had a good experience. However, the way this issue was handled was, in our opinion, very unprofessional and disappointing.
Location is very central but the streets/buildings around the hotel need maintenance
There is a weird smell in the hotel and the room. It smells like mould but we didn't see any mould.
