Otel genel olarak çok güzeldi ve konforluydu. Spa ve masajlar çok iyiydi. Personel ilgiliydi. Sabah kahvaltısı ise açık büfede olması gereken her şey mevcut ve tazeydi.
Sapancada yıllar önce gittiğim, hala aynı kalitesini koruyan spa otelini herkese tavsiye ederim
Bu otelde 5-6 kez konakladım. Bir Sapanca klasiği , yemekleri, temizliği , sessiz ve huzurlu ortamı tam bir wellness oteli. Sadece Spa 22:00 de kapanacak diye biliyorduk 21:40 da personel tarafından kibarca tesisi artık boşaltmamız uyarısı gelince pek hoş olmadı .
