We had a wonderful stay at Richmond Nua Wellness Spa. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location with amazing views of the lake. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their hospitality truly deserves recognition. The only small downside was the TV in the room. For a luxury hotel of this standard, a larger, more modern TV would make the room even better. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended
