!Extremely disappointing experience. The breakfast was absolutely unacceptable and nowhere near the standard you would expect from a hotel. There was barely anything available, the selection was extremely poor, and several trays were completely empty. The photos show exactly what was offered. Customer service was also very poor. Communication was extremely difficult because the staff we dealt with could not communicate properly in English, making it almost impossible to explain our concerns or get any assistance. Overall, the quality of the breakfast, service, and customer care was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

✓Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich dadurch sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

!Leider war ich mit der Sauberkeit nicht zufrieden, da die Zimmer nicht ausreichend sauber waren. Auch das Frühstück hat mir nicht gefallen, da einige Speisen wie Teigwaren und Salat leider nicht frisch wirkten.

!Номер грязный, душевая требующая ремонта, вонь в номере, старая мебель, плохо работает кондиционер , при открытом окне очень шумно . Второй сменный номер более убранный, но проблемы такие же. Персонал адекватный, но отель отвратительный.
