!I paid to upgrade and room/bathroom had so much wrong with them, goodness knows what the basic room was like. I am disabled and the situation of the hotel was up a steep incline so totally inappropriate for me The shower was disgusting and so bad we couldn't take a shower, toilet seat was broken, barely any water coming out of the tap and only cold water. The fire door to the room was broken and stayed open instead of closing automatically Balcony door could lock but there was no key Finished up moving to another hotel on the Friday, we arrived on the Wednesday, so had to pay almost another £1000 And finally as we left and handed back the key they didn't even asked why we were leaving, couldn't care less Sorry forgot to say that it is a very unwelcomeing hotel

!The staff were so unhelpful no information giving as you checked in where the pool was food etc , the staff where extremely rude I’ve stayed in other hotels in this area and I can tell you I wouldn’t stay here again , the room was disgusting the bathroom was dirty no running hot water no tissues replaced no clean towels giving the noise of the music from the roof top is disgraceful this goes on u till around 4 in the morning. The food is absolutely vile I’ve never stayed in a place like it a house of horrors is what this place is the amount of people complaining is beyond me. Do not be fooled by these photos they are not real the amount of people including myself asked where we in the tight hotel do not waste your money
