Travreel synthesis
We watched 3 guest videos — here's the honest picture
"A great 5-star on the beach": The reviewer's framing — Marmara-front Yeşilyurt with unusually large pools and a 2,600 m² sports floor, per the licensed listing.
Reviewed in detail: by a Marriott-focused channel, breakfast included.
8.5/10: from nearly 1,200 verified stays.
Airport-side seafront: Yeşilyurt is transit-and-business İstanbul — pick it for the sea view, pools and old-airport logistics, not walkable sights.

the room view was amazing the location near to Marmaray metro and also also to local market
