Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is very good.
They were rebranding when we visited them and maybe they were not ready yet. We were five nights there and the toiletries were not enough, we had to request for more two or three times. We requested the laundry service and was extremely expensive: we found a laundry in the same street astonishingly cheaper. In the library there was an edition of “Mein Kampf” (My Struggle), the infamous Hitler pamphlet.
Almost no one speaks English, also there were renovation going on during our stay and drill sounds!! And no one even informed us that there will be noises, etc. Also the management was poor, and always walking around and arguing wiht the staff!! E booked roomes with single beds ans wven though we communicated the needs for the single beds on top of that and they confirmed, when we arrived there were no si gle beds in the rooms!! I can even include some other stuff that does nit fir a 4 star hotel or any hospitality business...
