!Very disappointing stay – we will not return Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this hotel. Two adults stayed for two weeks, and having visited Kusadasi regularly for over 15 years, this was genuinely one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had. The biggest issue was the service, particularly at the bars. On several occasions, asking for a drink felt like a huge inconvenience to some members of staff. We experienced eye-rolling and an attitude that made us feel uncomfortable simply for ordering drinks that were included in the all-inclusive package we had paid a considerable amount for. The quality of the all-inclusive drinks was also extremely poor. Many were so strong and unpleasant that we simply couldn’t drink them. One evening, we asked for a daiquiri and the waiter openly seemed annoyed about having to make it. The drink we received was almost entirely alcohol with barely any mixer and was undrinkable. After experiences like this, we eventually gave up and started making our own cocktails and buying our own wine to have in the evenings. Considering the price of staying at the Ramada on an all-inclusive basis, having to make our own mojitos every night was ridiculous. The room was very average and certainly nothing special for the price. It was basic, with a lamp that was falling apart and a light that didn’t work. Nothing about the room felt particularly luxurious or memorable. There were also some safety concerns around the pool area, including holes/gaps that could potentially cause someone to trip or seriously injure themselves. The sun loungers are packed incredibly close together with virtually no personal space. At times, you are literally inches away from complete strangers while trying to relax in swimwear. Far too many loungers have been crammed into the available space, making the pool area feel uncomfortable rather than relaxing. Finally, there was very little evening entertainment aimed at adults.
