Очень отзывчивый персонал, который готов решать проблемы не нагсловах, а в действиях! Отель опрятный, завтрак хороший. Но самое главное, - это люди, которые работают в отеле. Я готова петь им хвалебные оды еще долгое время! Рекомендую этот отель!

I got upgrade to suite but had to climb up stairs to go bedroom. Coffee sachet flavour in the room.
Breakfast not very good, i kept asking for gluten free bread but didnt get it, same menu. I had to ask for iron everyday, takes time too
