✓Some staff members are very pleasant, always smiling and ready to help us as Serdar and Eren. The spa service and staff are very pleasant! Breakfast is highly recommended

!1) the smell of cigarettes in the corridors of the 4th floor, which is considered non-smoking 2) the laundry service that brought back our clothes, supposedly washed and ironed, with a strong smell of cigarettes – an express service that ultimately lasted 48 hours 3) the lack of communication and efficiency from the reception staff – we had arrived with our car, which we had left in the hotel parking lot – resulted in the police contacting us after three days to move the vehicle, even though we had reported its presence at check-in. 4) the soundproofing in the rooms is terrible, and the doors slam all night, making it impossible to rest. All these little problems combined bothered us during our week-long stay; it's not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.
