✓The staff was amazing. I want to specifically mention Mr. Zain who worked in the lobby and restaurant. When he came to know it was our first time, he helped us all throughout our stay and kept in touch. He even gave us a contact number for any guidance we need in capadocia. God bless him for all the help. Other staff esp on reception were very helpful and forthcoming.

!The hotel initially gave us a duplex. It had just one bathroom on the upper floor which was inconvenient. We got it changed to 3 single rooms.

✓La localisation de l’hôtel très appréciable, à bonne distance en voiture des sites touristiques. Petit déjeuner proposant un large choix et en quantité généreuse.

!Le site mentionne 2 piscines ce qui n’est pas le cas, il n’y a qu’une piscine et elle est minuscule (5enfants et c’est complet). Nous avions choisi exprès cet hôtel pour pouvoir profiter d’une piscine après les visites et nous n’avons pas pu y mettre un orteil, grosse déception. Le hammam est peu chaud donc aucun intérêt. Chambre mal isolée on entendait absolument tout de la chambre d’à côté qui par malchance était occupée par des enfants très bruyants jusqu’à minuit passé. Les canalisations sont super bruyantes.
