Frukosten var utmärkt, hamamen var bra, personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående
Middagen som vi köpte till var oätbar, varje kväll bjöds på någon märklig kött o smaklös potatismos samt frysta grönsaker som hade värmt i micro. Salladen till maten saknade dressing. Det var som en skolmatsal. I lobbyn saknade kunddator för att kunna sköta sina öviriga ärenden och bokningar. AC i rummen funkade knappt. Toaletten i 1 av rummen slutade fungera flera gånger. De skickade reparatörer men dagen efter slutade det funka igen. Handdukarna luktade mögel och var missfärgade. Slarvigt städat. Det låg stora dammtussar på toaletten och i rummen. Främst på listerna.
