✓This was truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Istanbul and very close to Galata. I was lucky enough to have a room with a beautiful view of the Galata Tower, which made my stay even more special. The hospitality was exceptional. I interacted with three different reception staff members at different times, and all three were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. As I was travelling with my little baby, I needed extra water and a few additional amenities, and they were always happy to help without any hesitation. I would also like to give special thanks to Sayeeda from housekeeping, who was incredibly kind, humble, and lovely. The breakfast was also very good, and the staff there were equally welcoming and friendly. Honestly, every single person working at this hotel deserves appreciation for their excellent service and warm hospitality. They truly made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I would happily stay here again!

!habitación pequeña y antigua, cosas rotas y en mal estado de mantenimiento

✓Excelente ubicación y el Desayuno se los recomiendo. Las atenciones del personal del restaurante muy buena. Se tiene buena panorámica.

!La calle de entrada, resulta poco higiénica, hay mucho comercio local pero no afecta en nada la estancia. Algunos taxis no entran porque resulta incómodo y el Movimiento en la zona.
