I booked this for my cousin and her boyfriend. The hotel staff were really helpful allowing them an early check-in and the team stayed in touch with me prior to their arrival to ensure the booking went smoothly. My cousin said they had lovely stay. The hotel had a nice pool area, and breakfast was good, with fresh eggs cooked to order, which was a great touch. The bar staff were brilliant and really made the experience enjoyable. Overall, a nice stay with great staff, a good breakfast and a lovely pool area.
The only downside was that the lift felt a little unreliable and could do with being checked for safety and maintenance.
