The only one score for the crew last night, very nice and helpful.
This is an dishonest hotel. Yesterday afternoon at 3:30 PM, when we checked in, we had booked a 36-square-meter deluxe twin room with a kitchen, but were instead given a small 18-square-meter room without a kitchen, without the hotel informing us. Only when we discovered the mistake and inquired did they say it was all Booking.com's error, and asked us to stay the night before, promising to change our room back to our original reservation this morning. This morning, when we inquired again, they changed their story again, saying the owner would come to handle it immediately. When we returned at 1:30 PM to inquire again, they blamed Booking.com for making a duplicate reservation, and we still didn't have our original room. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue, they just kept blaming Booking.com. Later, we called Booking.com on the spot, and they unilaterally cancelled our booking for today, forcing us to leave. Although they compensated us 10 euros, the room was half the size, and now they're deliberately leaving messages on Booking.com trying to shirk responsibility—it's truly unacceptable.
