Great staff, very friendly and welcoming. Dinner and breakfast were also very good. The buffet offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious food to suit every taste. Free shuttle service to Dilaila Beach just took 10 minutes and the sea was fantastic, very relaxing atmosphere. Also pools at the hotel were wonderful. Nice room, well-appointed and clean. It has a wonderful location, walking distance to the center with shopping areas. Also nice spa with thermal pool and the Balinese massage is a must. Highly recommend! it was a pleasant and relaxing holiday — I’d definitely recommend it to those looking for a peaceful getaway.
