Pirates Beach Club -Ultra All Inclusive★★★★★

✓We stayed at this hotel with our two children (aged 4 and 9) and had a wonderful family holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. We arrived around lunchtime, so our room wasn’t ready until 2:00 p.m., which is completely normal. While we waited, we were invited to enjoy the buffet lunch and explore the beautiful resort. The hotel grounds are lovely, with mature trees providing plenty of natural shade and only two-story buildings, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are modern, newly renovated, very clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. There are several dining options, including a main buffet restaurant and a number of themed à la carte restaurants (which require an additional fee). The food is of a solid mid-range standard—not luxury dining, but there is always plenty of variety, and everyone can find something they enjoy. Breakfast offers a good selection, there is a snack buffet available from lunchtime until 4:00 p.m., the main lunch restaurant is open from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., and in the evening you can choose between the buffet and the themed restaurants. Despite the hotel being busy, we never had trouble finding a table. The absolute highlight of this hotel is the kids’ club. The animation team puts an incredible amount of effort into creating an amazing daily program for the children. Most activities are conducted in Russian, as the majority of guests come from Russia, Ukraine, and other former Soviet countries. However, we found the guests to be friendly, respectful, and relaxed, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the resort. The kids’ club deserves special recognition. Every day there is a morning program from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., an afternoon program from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and an evening session from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. There is also a mini disco from 8:15 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

✓Широкий длинный пляж, лежаки стоят просторно, зонтики от солнца не потрепанные и достаточно плотные. Вход в море - средняя и крупная галька, лучше запастись специальными тапками для плавания. Можно спускаться с пирса, там две удобные лестницы. Свободные лежаки мы находили всегда, когда бы ни приходили на пляж. Очень вкусная и изобильная еда. Была рыба, креветки, говядина и птица в самых разных видах. Разумеется зелень, овощи, салаты, несколько раз предлагали клубнику (но не каждый день), замечательные арбузы. Интересные тушеные блюда. Вина очень пристойные и вкусное шампанское. Кофе в автоматах приличный, в лобби варят кофе в рожковой машине, неплохой. Помимо основного ресторана кафе, там делают традиционное гезлеме, пиццу, есть суп, что-то мясное, овощи, фрукты, несколько салатов. Можно полноценно пообедать. И там не душно днем. Были в рыбном ресторане а ля карт - очень достойно! Днем еще работает кофейня с мороженым, всякими булочками и тортиками. И там плохой кофе! Лучше принести из бара рядом с рестораном. Зато там очень приятно посидеть в жару в креслах - это самое высокое место отеля и всегда ветерок. Территория не слишком большая, но между домиками уютные лужайки с дорожками, небольшой приятный моцион перед сном вполне можно совершить. В основном в этой части отеля не слишком шумно, правда нам, например, достался один из самых отдаленных домиков, что, казалось бы, хорошо, но было слышно все развлекалово из соседнего отеля. Номера достаточно просторные, в шкафах и на полках много места, есть сейф. На полу везде керамогранит, что вообще с точки зрения гигиены прекрасно. Кондиционер работал исправно. Есть маленький бассейн с небольшой горкой, мелкий теплый (очень!) бассейн, из которого дети, похоже, просто не вылезают, большой бассейн, где в основном только водные активности вроде аква-аэробики. Аккуратные чистые кабинки для переодевания. Анимация активная, но ненавязчивая. Хорошие, вот прям хорошие вечерние шоу.

!Недостатки. “Балконы” некоторых номеров первых этажей находятся практически прямо на дорожках. То есть буквально - дорожка, 15 сантиметров газона, и решетка балкончика. С кондиционированием общественных пространств не очень. На ресепшене и в лобби жарко. Совет. Возьмите прищепки для белья. И дополнительно еще можно бельевую веревку взять, места на сушке маловато.

✓We had an amazing time and will definitely recommend it to our friends and family. The food was absolutely delicious, with a huge variety of options every day, and we really appreciated that the menu changed daily. There was always something new to try. Our 2-year-old had the best time and absolutely loved the kids club and mini disco. A special thank you to the animation girls Marina, Yulia, and Katya, who helped create such a fun and warm atmosphere for the children. The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Everyone we met spoke Turkish, English, and Russian, and we even noticed Ukrainian translation during one of the evening programs, which was such a thoughtful touch. We rented a pavilion throughout our stay, and our waiter Halil was exceptionally kind to us and our little one. Our child still remembers him bringing kefir every day — such small gestures make a big difference and create beautiful memories. A big thank you to the whole Pirates Beach team for such wonderful holidays and for accommodating all of my requests. We were travelling from different countries but wanted to stay together, and the team made everything easy for us. Thank you again for making our holiday so special. We will definitely return next year!
