Frankly being an Indian group, we didnt have anything to our liking. you should explore a mix of all cuisines especially now that there is. a huge Indian population travelling on holidays. The service at the reception and lobby was amazing
AC was bad. Many a times we couldnt sleep at night. The weather was very humid and too hot in the rooms when the AC was not functioning. Secondly room cleaning services were not really happening in detail. He would knock and just add fresh towels or tissues. There was hardly any room cleaning. The food could have been better. It was very bland for us. Even the deserts you should explore more of continental deserts rather than focus only on Middle east or turkish.
Loved the stonework of our room, from the entrance to the entire room was beautiful. There were great views from the terrace where you can watch all the hot air balloons. And the staff was just amazing and friendly. Breakfast was the best we had in Turkey!
I would say the room felt a bit cramped, maybe with a smaller bed with more room to move would be better.
