The location is excellent
The carpet is dirty. Bathroom tiles have mold on them. The shower was leaking. The Air conditioner in the bathroom smelled like sewage. There were dead bugs on the door At night is super loud from the outdoor cafes and playing music
Only the location was good.
Shower was broken. Booking was done for 2 persons, but there was only one towel, we had to go and ask for towel. No glasses, no cups. Furniture is very old and shabby. The room is very small.
The location was on point, especially when you want to be in the heart of Karakoy, however it’s not that easy to find, unless you familiar with the strip.
The shower doors were dirty, hair on the towels, dirty carpets. It looked elegant on the platform but was a let down when I walked in. Things that can be rectified and will make the experience better for the next visitor. The staff were friendly, well done gents!!
