✓Location is really good. Non stop shop just 2 minutes walking, a lot of food places, main tram street is also very close. Self check in and check out, nice if your arrive late or leave early. The shower was great, hot water and pressure

!We were 3 people and got the 2 bedroom apartment on the last floor. The weird thing is that the bathroom was attached to one of the bedrooms. The stairs are very steep (we didn't mind), but if you have large luggage, ask for the ground floor room. One of the beds creak pretty badly.

✓I really loved having a balcony-terrace. There was water in the fridge. Clean. Guest slippers provided. Wi-Fi. Plenty of hangers for clothes. Great atmosphere. On Sunday there was a market on the street, right below the windows.

!A bit lacking in space — the toilet is in a really awkward spot, and the gap between the bed and the side walls is quite tight too.

✓The location is convenient with plenty of local shops, stores, and amenities within walking distance.

!​1. Malfunctioning AC Unit: Reported a broken AC on Day 1. A remote fix on Friday failed almost immediately, leaving the unit running on freezing temperatures with no controls. I had to sleep in extreme cold for days, which directly caused me to fall ill. Staff did not resolve it until Saturday night, impacting 3 of my 4 nights. ​2. Noise & Unannounced Sunday Market: The area can be quite noisy. Additionally, a street market sets up directly outside the building on Sundays, which can cause early morning disruption and was never disclosed in the listing or prior to arrival.
