!Yatakları hiç rahat değildi ve thvaletleri çok küçük

✓Расположение отеля супер.я попросила нас заселить пораньше.сказали если номер будет свободный то без проблем.в итоге ровно в 2 часа заселили.конечно было не очень приятно сидеть в лобби 5 часов даже кофе не угостили.номер был свободный это мы поняли когда нас заселили.и не один номер а весь этаж был свободный

✓The staff were really nice, they helped us to find a doctor for my mom when I needed they called almost 6 different doctor offices. And the breakfast was really good as well.

!One of the elevators was broken all the time, and some days when we needed to use the elevator the cleaning staff were using it. Also one they one of the guests was complaining that when they were outside their room like out of the hotel, the hotel staff changed their room and they opened the safety box and they put their personal stuff in a new room. Additional to that another day, a guy who was a guest reserved a different room and he got a different room. don’t wanna be picky on that, but it kind of made me worried about our personal stuff in the safety box and in our room when we were out of the hotel because we kind of didn’t have a piece of mind
