Приветливый персонал, готовый всегда помочь. Прекрасные повара, бармены и обслуживающий персонал... Уборка в номерах прекрасная всегда радовала глаза ... Спасибо за все, очень понравилось...
Возникали проблемы с интернетом в обеденное время очень слабо работал. Система кондиционирования в начале работала лучше, позже стала работать хуже... По непонятным причинам... Холодильники в номере не охлаждали ничего внутри , только если на морозилку положить шоколадку тогда да она охладилась бы , а так лотки со льдом которые были под морозилкой растаяли и в холодильнике скорее была теплая температура чем отрицательная ...
The staff really make this place. They all work incredibly hard. SPA packages well worth the money. The place is incredibly clean.
The beach area and sun loungers shared with other hotels - sort of a free for all. Which means the “adults only” definitely isn’t that as you can be stuck next to a family with screaming kids for a day. Quite a small hotel so can be a bit difficult to find a sun lounger both at the pool and the beach. Beds and pillows quite stiff. AC off for the hottest part of the day as it’s managed by the hotel. No English channels on tv at all. “Land view” rooms face the street which can be quite loud. Housekeeping starts doing the rounds around 8am so not much room for “sleeping in” as they’re quite loud outside the rooms too.
