بشاشة ورحابة صدر الموظفين، مساحة الغرفة كانت جيدة جدا موقع الفندق قريب من الهاي وي وبقربه كارفور، كان فيه موظف مصري الجنسية محترم وخدوم جدا جدا
التكييف حار يصل لدرجة حرارة معينة ويفصل، طلبت من الموظفين مرارا وتكرارا التعامل مع هذا الامر ولم يتم اصلاح الأمر، نظافة دورة المياه لم تكن بالشكل الجيد، طلبت منهم تنظيف التواليت (المرحاض) اكثر من مره ولم يتم التنظيف .. رائحة ممر الغرف كانت سيئة خاصة أن الجو كان حار ورطب .. الوسائد غير مريحة ابدا والطعام غير متنوع
