We had such a lovely stay at the Paris Garden Hotel. The customer service was amazing, both the manager and his colleague were so friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, no matter what time of day. They helped us with our pram and made sure we had a room that suited our family’s needs, which we really appreciated. They also gave us lots of great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try, and they were all fantastic. You can really tell they care about their guests and want everyone to have a great experience. Thank you both for making us feel so welcome. You played a big part in making our trip to Istanbul so special, and we’d definitely stay here again if we come back.

During our stay everything was good in this hotel. Mr. Abdurrahman provided all the supports we needed.
It was a good time there. Abdol Rahman was super helpful. He let us check in sooner and he kept our baggage for hours after the check out.
