✓The hotel is nice overall and our room was clean. We were welcomed with some fresh fruit in the room, which was a very nice touch and we really appreciated it. Another positive aspect is that guests can use the swimming pool and spa facilities free of charge.

!In our opinion, this hotel does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. The room felt quite dated and some areas definitely need renovation, especially the bathroom. We had full board, so we had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. Unfortunately, we were not very satisfied with the food. Breakfast was particularly disappointing for me. Before our stay, I had asked about lactose-free options and was told that, since breakfast was a buffet, there would be plenty of choice. However, there was no lactose-free milk or even any kind of plant-based milk available. When I asked, I was told they simply did not have any. As someone who is lactose intolerant, I found the available options quite limited, especially the sweet choices. Lunch and dinner were a little better, with a few good options, but overall we did not find the food particularly tasty or of the quality we would expect from a five-star hotel. The spa was supposed to be available from 9:00 a.m. We went down at 9:00, but the sauna and Turkish bath had not been switched on yet, and we were told we would have to wait about 30 minutes for them to heat up. Overall, there are several aspects that could be improved and, for us, the experience did not meet five-star standards.

✓Nous avons passé une journée et une nuit, nous n'avions pas d'attentes particulières et l'hôtel s'est révélé très quali. Le personnel était gentil et accessible, la piscine naturelle et la piscine de boue étaient très agréables et le buffet pour les repas était d'excellente qualité.

!L'emplacement était un peu excentré, il faut compter une grosse vingtaine de minutes depuis l'otogar de Denizli.
