✓Appaling noise levels. Food awful. Incredibly rude staff demanding tips constantly. Wouldn't come here ever again. The room was dirty

✓I had an unforgettable experience at Palmeras Beach Hotel – everything was simply perfect! The location, the beach, the food, the atmosphere... but most of all, the amazing people who made this vacation so special. A huge part of that was thanks to the animation team, especially the girls – Nema, Martha, Salma, Nastya. These girls were absolutely incredible! Every single day, they brought such a beautiful energy , always smiling, always kind, always making everyone feel welcome. Their positivity was contagious, and their ability to connect with guests was something truly special. Whether it was dancing, organizing activities, or just chatting with us during the day, they were always present with full heart. And of course, I can’t forget the amazing guys – Mesut and Mr. Boyka! Their energy, humor, and charisma brought so much life to the hotel. The service throughout the hotel was also outstanding. Every member of the staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I want to personally mention Erdem Ermis for his exceptional service. He was incredibly attentive, respectful, and always went out of his way to make sure guests were comfortable and happy. This place gave me unforgettable memories. I’m so grateful and can’t wait to come back! ❤️

✓+ A very wide selection of food, with snacks and drinks available all day until 2:00 A + Some of the staff were particularly kind and friendly (waiters, the bartender, maids, especially in the lobby bar – the staff was perfect and they had the most delicious cocktails that weren't overly sweet + A clean and tidy seashore/beach + Location next to markets and shops - Very pushy staff; if you are looking for a peaceful rest, they want to involve you in everything, pull you by the arm, and constantly want to talk - Cockroaches on the 5th floor - There are many cats on the premises; one day there was feces on the 5th floor - To get a spot by the pool, you have to get up very early and run to reserve a place - The hammam and massage were outside of my comfort zone due to the attitude, unpleasant emotions, and a very painful massage where they "diagnosed" new conditions about 5 times just to keep selling – I doubt the masseurs have medical qualifications to say that a person has problems (expect a very painful and unpleasant process, aggressive sales tactics) - The hotel is oriented towards Russian-speaking guests - The bed linen was not changed once during the 8-day stay - The room was on the verge of falling apart – turning on a lamp would trip the circuit breakers and the power would go out, the electrical panel fell down, everything was scuffed and worn out, we were afraid to touch anything - WiFi is only available in the lobby, and the internet is quite slow in general Overall - if you are expecting a peaceful and relaxed vacation with an aesthetically pleasing room, a quiet environment, and a pleasant stay, this will not be the best option. However, it must be said that for the price we paid, the memories will remain good, but we did start wanting to go home quite soon! :)

✓Absolutely amazing place, went as family of 6, food and drinks was perfect and plenty of choice there quite a few cocktails to go and try, plenty of sun loungers around pool. Beach was lovely spot too, staff are absolutely brilliant friendly and always wanted to help. Entertainment staff are so welcoming and friendly definitely made us all welcome Martha we will miss you we loved your bubbly personality. Thank you for perfect holiday x thank you
