!La chambre très mal isolé et donnant sur la voie des trams toute les minutes.. Une horreur. Le personnel très distant, pas de communication. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas, heureusement pas de grosse chaleur. Aucun nettoyage de la chambre où lavabos et douche pendant 1 semaine. Ptit déjeuner nul et dans une salle où il faisait 30° à 9h00 du matin. Une honte. Bref très mauvais séjour. Je tiens aussi à dire que j'avais demandé dès mon arrivée à ce que l'on répare la fermeture de la fenêtre qui ne verrouillé pas assez d'où mauvaise isolation et bruit du tram incessant. Toutes les minutes pratiquement. On m'a dit demain et toute la semaine pas d'informations ni communication du personnel, idem pour la climatisation. Vraiment n'y allez pas, c'est une arnaque cet hotel. Heureusement que j'ai bénéficié d'un bon tarif avec booking, et encore cela reste excessif pour ce que cela valait.

!Since close to the centre you could hear trams and also the breakfast was alright, however as compared to the pictures advertised the breakfast has been reduced dramatically and not many options are available

✓Ramin, the gentleman at the hotel reception, was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming, and he patiently helped us with everything we needed. I am truly grateful to Ramin for his excellent service and warm hospitality.

!Unfortunately, the condition of the room was very disappointing. The bed sheets were not clean, and there was a lot of dirt underneath the sheets and around the bed. The overall cleanliness of the room was completely unacceptable. There was also no blanket provided, and we only had a thin sheet to cover ourselves with. The room looked nothing like the photos shown on Booking.com and was very different from what had been advertised
