!La stanza non aveva una tenda di dimensione tale da poter coprire l'intera finestra. È stato richiesto di istallare la seconda tenda ma non è stato fatto. Camera e bagno piccoli.

!Crack in shower ceiling leaked water when showering. Once reported was fixed the next day.

!When I arrived at night, having confirmed my arrival time two days in advance, reception informed me that no room was available for my first night because it had been given to another guest. Despite the hotel being responsible for the situation, the staff made no meaningful effort to help me find alternative accommodation. At such short notice, the few available hotels nearby were prohibitively expensive. I therefore had no choice but to sleep on the floor inside the hotel. I was not able to check in until midday the following day. When I asked for the first night to be refunded, the receptionist said that he was “thinking about it”. Instead, I was offered an additional night at the end of my stay. I explained that this was of no use, as I had already booked my return flight and had reserved the hotel for specific dates. After Booking.com cancelled the original booking and reversed the payment, the receptionist became aggressive and threatened to call the police unless I paid for the remaining nights. The manager eventually apologised, and I did receive a refund for the first night. However, having to spend my first night sleeping on the floor completely ruined the beginning of my stay. I was exhausted for the following two days. I found the behaviour of the junior reception staff rude, confrontational and extremely unhelpful. I will not return to this property. This is particularly unfortunate because the hotel itself was otherwise pleasant, but the way the situation was handled was unacceptable.
