We had a wonderful stay at Opera Hotel Bosphorus. Excellent facilities, a comfortable atmosphere, and exceptional service throughout. A very special recognition goes to BERKE and Eyüp at the front desk, whose outstanding professionalism, genuine warmth, and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Both demonstrated an exceptional level of hospitality, making me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. They are a tremendous asset to the hotel and set a remarkable example of five-star service. Highly recommended, and I would certainly return!
