Customer service was poor and pool was poor as weill. Deluxe room was a joke. Smallest room what i ever seen. We had early check out because we going to the airport. Previously evening people in reception promise to us that in the morning they can give to us breakfast packet but we never get them because all foof was end. It happen two visit an same time, first and last.
Overrated price via appen
The room was clean and fresh. There was a leak in the bathroom next to the toilet which didn’t bother us however one lady made a fuss rudely as floor mat got dirty obviously as wet floor from leak and wearing slippers outside you’re feet bound to be dirty which comes off as u enter the bathroom. Breakfast options limited for vegetarians. The reception staff could do with smiling a lot more. Looked miserable.
