Old Town Deluxe Flats

✓First of all, I want to say that the host was very nice and helpful. Also, the cleaning lady was lovely - I don’t want to upset anyone with this review, but I must leave it as if I saw it myself before booking the apartment; I wouldn’t rent it. + The location is great + The sea was close (although you must check in advance that it’s the “beach” on rocks)

!The photos look much nicer than the apartment in real life. The apartment is VERY tired. There were three of us, and the person who slept on the couch suffered a lot. The couch is old, loud and with stains. The cleaning refused to wash the dishes because it’s out of their duties. The lid from air conditioner fell off the first day, it smelled at some point as well (but the host fixed it). The doors don’t close easily, they are all off and old. The bathroom was another disappointment: it smelled from time to time, and the water steam was very weak. The washing machine didn’t work well - the clothes we washed were not clean after their washing. The kitchen: there was nothing like salt or sugar or pepper. But the main problem was that there was not enough cutlery even for two people - let alone three people. I wish I took a picture: there were like 2 cups, 3 glasses, 4 plates, 1 fork, 1 DESSERT fork etc Wi-Fi didn’t work well enough. We had only two sets of keys for three adults. So the price (we paid 1000 EUR) was much higher than this apartment really deserved to cost.

✓Clean spacious apartments, all amenities are available, helpful host, easy to find a place, there is access for taxies

!Could be somehow noisy in the weekends evenings, if the window faces the street. But I am a sensitive early bird, travel with earplugs.

✓What an absolute gem, a home away from home. The facilities at the flat were brilliant, just right for our needs. Semih, our host was very welcoming and provided a great service. Above all, you just can not ask for a better location! I will be returning for sure. We loved every moment.
