✓The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and responsive throughout our stay. After we reported the cleanliness and maintenance issues, the management apologised, sent a cleaner promptly, and carried out a thorough cleaning, which we appreciated. The breakfast had a limited selection but was fresh and enjoyable. We also liked the swimming pool, which was in a pleasant, relaxing location. Additionally, there were many restaurants, supermarkets, and local shops within walking distance, making it convenient for daily needs.

!Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the initial condition of the room. We found used items left behind by previous guests, including chocolate wrappers, empty bottles, and personal hygiene item packaging in the drawers. The cupboards and soap trays were dusty and unclean, and the bedsheets did not appear to be properly cleaned. There were also several maintenance issues, including a loose/broken electrical cable for the hanging light, a broken dressing drawer that fell off when opened, and a non-functioning central AC in one of the upstairs bedroom, which had been replaced with a window AC unit. We had to report these issues and even discussed a refund and moving out. The management apologised and arranged cleaning, which improved the situation, but the initial experience was not what we expected. The location was also not ideal for visiting the main attractions, as they were quite far when using public transport.
