The air-conditioning pipe in our room burst in the middle of the night. Three of us were staying in the room, and we had to get up in the middle of the night, pack our things, and move to another room because of this issue. And the hotel’s way of apologizing for putting us through all of this was a fruit platter… I’m sorry, but this is simply unacceptable and, quite frankly, embarrassing.

Everything’s great 👍
Sauberkeit
