!Extremely negative experience: unsanitary conditions, broken amenities, and safety hazards Booked 3 rooms for 5 people (including a child and a senior). The hotel is in an unacceptable, dilapidated state: *Filthy rooms: streaky floors, dust, stains on the bedding and furniture, dirty towels, peeling walls with cracks. *Unsanitary bathrooms: strangers' hair, grime on the plumbing, slime and dirt in the showers. The toilets have a year's worth of buildup — they haven't been disinfected in years. *Food: meager breakfasts, dirty dishes (we had to sort through the stack of plates just to find a clean one). *Broken amenities: safes don't work anywhere. The only hair dryer blew out a thick cloud of dust when turned on. *Life-threatening: exposed, uninsulated wires sticking out of the walls. In one bedroom, an LED strip with wires kept falling onto the bed. A street door was smashed right next to our room — broken glass and wall debris lay on the floor for days. *Complete ignorance: in 34 hours, we asked for cleaning 4 times. They only made empty promises; for two days, no one even cleaned the rooms. These conditions (all documented on photo/video) are a blatant violation of all sanitary and safety standards. Such hotels must be permanently shut down, and the management must face legal consequences for extorting money from tourists and endangering their health. I strictly do not recommend! Blatant scammers who will completely ruin your vacation.
