Nothing was fine, it's absolutely poor quality
, I escalated a complaint due to poor service, room conditions, aggressive behaviour, and low morality towards your customers.
The location and large bed. Nothing else.
The building is in very poor condition, with extremely narrow doorways and steep stairs. It’s not practical at all, especially if you’re carrying luggage. The photos and the description stated that the room included a kettle, but there wasn’t one. I contacted a member of the staff and asked if they could bring us one. They told us the housekeeper would bring a new one, but that never happened. There was also no hair dryer in the room.
