✓The only positive aspect of Naz City Hotel Taksim is the reception staff. They are extremely friendly, welcoming, polite, helpful, and cooperative. They always greet guests with a smile and show genuine willingness to assist. I sincerely appreciate their excellent attitude and professional hospitality. Unfortunately, apart from the reception team, I did not find anything else worth praising about this hotel.

!My overall experience at Naz City Hotel Taksim was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to tourists looking for comfort, quality service, and convenience. 1. Uncomfortable Pillows and Poor Sleeping Comfort The pillows are extremely uncomfortable and seem to contain unusual materials covered with a plastic-like protective layer, possibly intended for guests recovering from hair transplant procedures. They provide very poor neck support and make sleeping uncomfortable. 2. Very Poor and Delayed Housekeeping Housekeeping service is extremely disappointing. We regularly left our room at 10:00 AM, but when we returned at 3:00 PM, 3:30 PM, or sometimes even 4:30 PM, the room had still not been cleaned. This is unacceptable for a hotel. 3. Poor-Quality Towels and Insufficient Supplies Despite booking a room for two guests, only one towel was provided. Furthermore, the towels were extremely thin and of very poor quality, almost resembling cleaning cloths used for floors. This is certainly not the standard expected from a hotel. 4. Overpriced Breakfast The breakfast buffet costs €25 per person, which is excessively expensive considering the quality and variety offered. The buffet does not justify its price, and guests can easily find better breakfast options outside the hotel at more reasonable prices. 5. Inconvenient Location and Exhausting Uphill Walk Although the hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, it takes approximately 16 minutes to walk to Taksim Square. The main problem is the extremely steep uphill road, which feels like climbing a hill and makes walking exhausting. This location is particularly inconvenient for elderly guests, families, or anyone with mobility difficulties. Taking a taxi may be necessary. Overall Conclusion Apart from the excellent reception staff, I found very little to appreciate about this hotel.
